About This Role
We are looking for caring, dedicated and confident Healthcare Assistants to join the team supporting a beautiful baby boy who lives at home with his family in Stoke-on-Trent.
Due to his complex clinical needs, he requires skilled, attentive and compassionate support. As part of his dedicated care team, you will provide 1:1 support, helping with all aspects of his care, including personal care and clinical needs, while ensuring he remains safe, comfortable and well supported at home.
Alongside his care, you will play an important role in supporting his development, wellbeing and quality of life. This may include spending time with him through play, sensory activities and other age-appropriate interactions, creating positive experiences and helping him feel happy, comfortable and engaged.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant who is confident, patient and compassionate, with experience or a genuine interest in providing complex care to children and making a meaningful difference to a young person's everyday life.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
