About This Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated 2:1 care team supporting a lady in her 50s with complex clinical needs, as she prepares to make the important transition from specialist neurological rehabilitation back to her family home in Warrington.
This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of the team helping her return home and settle back into family life, providing high-quality, person-centred care that promotes her comfort, dignity, independence and wellbeing.
You will support with personal care, moving and handling, complex clinical care and rehabilitation, while also providing companionship and encouraging meaningful activities throughout the day.
Both day and night shifts involve clinical and personal care. Day shifts will focus on companionship, rehabilitation and meaningful activities, while night shifts will focus on maintaining her comfort, safety and wellbeing and ensuring she receives the support she needs throughout the night.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
