About This Role
We are looking for a kind, patient and reliable Healthcare Assistant to join a dedicated 2:1 care team supporting a gentleman in his 30s in his own home. He enjoys an active lifestyle and has a real love for music, often singing and dancing along to his favourite songs. He also enjoys spending time in his specially adapted sensory garden, playing with soft toys and going out into the community to enjoy different activities and experiences.
We are looking for someone who is caring, attentive and proactive, who will take the time to get to know him and support him to enjoy the things that matter most to him. The role involves providing day and overnight support, assisting with personal care, carrying out regular observations and supporting clinical interventions as required. You will play an important part in helping him feel safe, comfortable and reassured, while promoting his dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and making a positive difference to another person's everyday life.
