About This Role

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant to support a friendly gentleman with complex care needs in his own home during night shifts.

He lives with his partner and values his independence, dignity and choice. He has a warm personality, a cheeky sense of humour and enjoys building positive relationships with his care team. Family is very important to him, and he particularly enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. He also loves listening to reggae music and relaxing at home.

As his Healthcare Assistant, you will provide person-centred support throughout the night, helping him feel safe, comfortable and well cared for while supporting his complex respiratory care needs and clinical interventions. You will play an important role in maintaining his comfort, dignity and independence, while respecting his individual needs and preferred routines.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient and confident in delivering safe, high-quality care, with the experience and skills needed to support complex clinical needs overnight.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
