About This Role

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a woman living in Southfields who has complex learning disabilities. She enjoys horse riding, playing with toys, visiting the beach and swimming.

During day shifts, you will provide 1:1 support with personal care and daily activities, helping her feel safe, comfortable and supported. Previous training or experience in British Sign Language is essential to support communication.

During night shifts, you will provide 1:1 support with personal care and daily needs, helping to maintain a calm and comfortable environment while monitoring her wellbeing throughout the night.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Experience with British Sign Language.
• Experience with complex learning disabilities.
