About This Role

We are looking for kind, caring and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to support a lovely 20-year-old woman at home and at college, helping her enjoy her daily routines, explore her interests and make the most of each day.

She enjoys the things that matter most to her, from spending quality time with family to listening to her favourite music, exploring sensory toys and getting out into the community. She loves activities that engage her senses, so we are looking for someone who is happy to get involved, have fun and help her discover new experiences.

You will provide personalised care and support with daily personal care, moving and handling, and clinical needs, helping her feel safe, comfortable and happy both at home and at college.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Must be comfortable working around pets as our client has a cat
