• Location: Stockport, SK5
• Pay: £13.00 - £17.50 per hour + Holiday pay
• Shifts: Part-Time | Morning Shifts: 10am – 2pm | Evening Shifts: 6pm – 10pm | 16 –24 Hours Per Week

Flexibility to work both shift patterns is required.

About This Role

We are supporting a friendly and sociable gentleman who enjoys getting out and about, particularly visiting his local pub to catch up with friends. He is a big fan of quiz shows, with The Chase being a favourite, and has a real passion for football, especially Manchester City and Stockport County.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants who shares similar interests and would enjoy building a positive relationship with him, encouraging him to stay connected to the activities, hobbies and social opportunities he enjoys.

You will provide support during morning and evening shifts, assisting with his personal care needs and any clinical care required. This will include catheter care and changes, helping him maintain his comfort and wellbeing, and ensuring he feels safe and well cared for throughout your visits.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Hold a full UK driving licence (essential for driving the client's adapted automatic vehicle)
