Location: Wolverhampton (Office‑based)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Negotiable DOE + Achievable monthly Bonus Scheme

Join our established recruitment team in Codsall and help us bring exceptional Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses into our service — without any cold calling.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a high volume of applications daily
• Building relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring their vacancies are managed effectively and updates are provided in a timely manner
• Conducting structured screening calls to assess suitability and experience
• Making warm outbound calls to new and previous applicants
• Booking interviews and consistently hitting recruitment targets
• Prioritising effectively in a fast‑moving environment
• Supporting the growth of our care services through quality candidate engagement

What You’ll Bring

• Proven success working to targets in recruitment or telesales
• Confident, engaging communication skills
• Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage a large, fast‑moving workload
• Resilience, motivation, and a proactive approach
• A genuine passion for people and delivering great service
