Complex Care Nurse Specialist

Location: Albrighton, West Midlands, WV7 3FA

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (plus bonus)

Shifts: Full-time | Monday to Friday

About This Role

This is a specialist nursing role requiring strong clinical expertise, confidence in autonomous practice, and the ability to support and guide care teams. You will play a key part in ensuring safe, effective, person‑centred complex care for clients across the region.

You will be based at our Apollo Home Healthcare office in Albrighton, with travel across the West Midlands and Shropshire to visit clients in their homes.

In This Role, You Will:

• Take clinical ownership of a caseload of complex care clients.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop bespoke, person‑centred care plans.
• Deliver specialist clinical training and competency assessments for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.
• Ensure safe, compliant, high‑quality care in line with national standards and best practice.
• Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including MAR charts and care records.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support ongoing mandatory and specialist training across the service.

What You’ll Need

• A valid NMC Pin (Registered Nurse – Adult or RNLD with complex care experience)
• Minimum 5 years’ post‑qualification experience
• Experience delivering complex care in the community
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
• Experience delivering complex care interventions, including:
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation management
• Enteral feeding
• Suctioning
