Recruitment Administration Apprentice

Location: Codsall, Wolverhampton

Hours: Full time, Monday–Friday

Salary: £15,500 per annum + bonus scheme

Looking to begin your career in recruitment and gain valuable experience while you learn? We’re offering an exciting apprenticeship within our Central Recruitment and Compliance Team in Codsall, Wolverhampton.

What You Could Be Doing

• Screening candidates and arranging interviews
• Maintaining recruitment records
• Writing job adverts and sourcing candidates
• Completing compliance checks including references, ID and DBS
• Supporting reporting and liaising with colleagues across the business

No previous experience is required - just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Motivation to complete a Recruiter NVQ Level 3 (12–18 months)
