Marketing Executive

Codsall, Wolverhampton (Office‑based, Mon–Fri)

Up to £38,000 DOE | Full‑time, Permanent.

Apollo Home Healthcare provides specialist, complex care that helps people live safely at home. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our marketing function and seeking a Marketing Executive to strengthen our marketing activity, brand presence, and business growth.

This is a hands‑on marketing role working across the full marketing mix. You will deliver marketing campaigns, support recruitment marketing, create digital content and help drive brand visibility across key audiences. You will work closely with commercial, operations, and recruitment teams, while also supporting and supervising our Social Media recruitment content creator.

As the marketing function grows, this role is expected to develop into a management‑level position, offering progression and increased responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaign Delivery - Plan, deliver and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Digital Marketing & Content - Manage social media activity and produce marketing content.
• Brand Marketing - Strengthen brand awareness across regions and audiences.
• Recruitment Marketing - Support targeted attraction and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Internal Marketing Communications - Lead internal marketing communications to improve clarity and engagement.
• Events & Engagement - Plan and deliver marketing‑led events and engagement activity.
• Marketing Performance Tracking - Analyse results and use insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

What you will need:

• 2+ years’ digital marketing experience (healthcare or recruitment marketing desirable)
• Strong marketing content creation and copywriting skills
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising
• Confident communicator with an initiative-taking, creative marketing mindset
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel occasionally.
