Recruitment Administration Apprentice

Location: Codsall, Wolverhampton

Hours of work: Office based, Monday to Friday, 9-5pm

 Salary: £15,500

What You'll Do:

• Work alongside our internal recruiter and support with all permanent recruitment responsibilities
• Screen candidates and arrange interviews
• Handle recruitment enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Update recruitment and candidate records
• Write and post appealing job adverts
• Communicate with internal teams across the business
• Support the marketing team with relevant marketing tasks and activities

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C in Maths and English
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Confidence, professionalism, and reliability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• No experience needed - just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
