Care Coordinator

Location: Heywood

Salary: From £27,000 + bonus & on-call (DOE)

Salary: Monday to Friday, Full Time

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational skills and a calm, problem-solving approach.
• Office/admin experience (health or care experience is a bonus, but not essential).
• Great communicator who can adapt to different people and situations.
• Confident decision-maker who stays professional under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.

Hours & On-Call:

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, office-based
• 1 in 8 on-call rota (no hands-on care). When you cover a weekend, you’ll get an extra day off the following week to protect your work-life balance.
