Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist
Location: Albrighton, Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £43,000 + bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday , 9-5pm. No nights, No weekends, No on-call
We are looking for a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to support children with complex care needs across the West Midlands and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a children's registered nurse seeking a rewarding role with genuine work–life balance, combining office-based and community nursing work.

Apollo Home Healthcare provides high-quality, person-centred complex care to adults and children in their own homes. As our new Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping safe, effective, and compassionate care for children with complex health needs, working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) throughout the West Midlands.
Role Overview:
- Manage complex caseloads, including some adult packages
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
- Train, assess, and mentor care staff to deliver high-quality clinical care
- Ensure clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Review MAR charts and care documentation
- Build strong, lasting relationships with families and multidisciplinary teams
Clinical Skills Required:
- Airway management, including tracheostomy care
- Ventilation management
- Enteral feeding (PEG/JEJ/NG)
Experience with neurological or spinal conditions is desirable but not essential.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification nursing experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to support regional care packages across the North West
