We’re looking for an exceptional healthcare leader to join our team as an Operations Manager, within our established office in St Helens.
The role of Operations Manager is diverse, fast-paced and plays a crucial role in the operation's success.
You’ll have experience of overseeing and delivering a healthcare service, be a strong manager of people and have a natural talent for leadership.
You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by managing a team of dedicated Office Consultants and Clinical Nurse Specialists, who work closely together to safely implement personalised care packages for our service users.

Start and finish times will vary between 8 am and 6 pm, based on business needs and to support operational escalation. This is managed on a rotational basis, with the team working together to maintain consistent office hours.
Candidates must possess a valid driving license and a vehicle, as travel to our service users' homes and network of offices will be necessary.
For this opportunity, strong management experience is essential. Ideally, this should be within healthcare, however we will consider applicants from other sectors.
We're offering a competitive salary between £42,000 to £46,000 per annum, plus a substantial quarterly bonus.
