About This Role
We’re looking for an Apprentice Compliance Coordinator to join our central recruitment team in Codsall, Wolverhampton.
If you’re organised, enjoy speaking with people, and want to learn about recruitment and compliance in healthcare, this could be a great opportunity to start your career.
In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive team and help keep the onboarding process running smoothly. You’ll learn all aspects of the compliance process, including how to ensure Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses are compliant and ready to start work.
You’ll also support the team in keeping existing staff up to date with training and documentation. You’ll work closely with candidates, colleagues, and external partners to help staff have a smooth and positive start with us.

You should enjoy speaking with people, be able to stay on top of your tasks, and be comfortable learning how to manage deadlines and priorities. Most importantly, you should be enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to doing things well as you develop your skills.
