We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a fun-loving teenage boy, who lives with his loving parents in Birmingham. He requires support with his complex care needs throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.
At home, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing on his iPad, and observing the wildlife and nature in his garden. He also loves going out into the community where he will visit some of his favourite places including bowling or going to watch some of the latest movies at the cinema.
We are looking for a dedicated team to provide specialised care with his complex needs. Your role will include assisting his family at home, prior to school, with his morning routine. You will then accompany him to his educational setting travelling with him and supporting him there throughout the day with his clinical care needs.
During the day you will be supporting with all social and personal care needs as well as promoting development through play offering encouragement and support to reach his full potential. You will provide support with his moving and handling requirements and full assistance for all daily tasks; he does have the use of an electronic wheelchair that he can operate independently.

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£104 approx. per 8-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £15.00 per hour (£120 approx. per 8-hour shift)
