• Shifts: Part-Time | Days & Nights | 8-12 Hour Shifts

The Role

We are seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a gentleman in his 60s living at home with his family in Lincoln.

This is a 2:1 care package providing support with personal care, moving & handling, and clinical interventions. You will help ensure comfort, safety, and dignity while promoting a calm and supportive home environment.

Night shifts include regular monitoring, personal care when required, and maintaining the client’s wellbeing throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation Management
• Regular Suctioning
• Personal care and mobility support

  What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 months’ hands-on care experience
• Confident with medication, moving and handling, and personal care
• Clear communication skills
• Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Pet friendly
