• Female Children’s Night Healthcare Assistant
• Location: Nottingham, NG5
• Pay Rate: £14.50 - £16.00 per hour
• Shifts: Part Time | Nights | 10:00pm - 7:00am

  Meet Our Client

We are looking for compassionate and attentive Healthcare Assistants to support a lovely young boy in his family home in Nottingham. This is a rewarding overnight role where you'll play an important part in ensuring he remains safe, comfortable, and well supported while he sleeps.

You'll provide dedicated 1:1 care, giving reassurance to both him and his family through your attentive and person-centred approach. Your responsibilities will include overnight monitoring, supporting his respiratory care, and responding to his individual care needs in line with his care plan.

As this is a new package, further clinical training and guidance will be provided as the package develops. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new care team from the very beginning and make a meaningful difference to a young child's wellbeing.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 3 months' experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant or Support Worker
• A compassionate, patient and reliable approach
• Confidence in delivering person-centred care
• Excellent communication skills

Experience with, or a willingness to be trained in, the following is desirable:

• Non-invasive ventilation (CPAP)
• Overnight monitoring
• Oxygen saturation monitoring
• Personal care

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills while supporting a young child with complex healthcare needs in the comfort of his own home.
