Apollo Home Healthcare is recruiting dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one-to-one support and can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our service user is a toddler who lives with his family in Wellingborough. He requires support on a 1:1 part–time basis during the night.
He likes age-related toys, including his sensory lights. He will watch the lights shine on the wall and follow them with his eye gaze. He also enjoys listening to music, especially Christian songs!
Throughout the night you will need to observe his condition through his stats monitor and be able to intervein when needed.
Other duties may include assisting with repositioning, personal care such as nappy changes, and any clinical interventions.
Previous experience supporting children within a care setting is desired for this role, however not essential.
This is a great opportunity where you will be using your valuable skills from your gained experience and progressing into a Children's Complex Care Assistant.
