We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

Meet Our Service User
Our service user is a sociable young man in his 20’s who lives in his family home in Salford, he requires support with his complex and clinical care needs on a 2:1 basis throughout the day.
He thrives on participating in various activities, from outdoor adventures to social outings and creative projects. Your role will involve not only providing essential care but also actively engaging in these activities, ensuring he enjoys a fulfilling and enriched life.
He is a big fan of football, his favourite team is Manchester united! He enjoys bowling, playing on his PlayStation, particularly playing FIFA and going fishing. He loves to spend quality time with his family and care team and watching the soaps on TV.
A key aspect of this role includes assisting with daily living activities, such as providing personal care, supporting with his mobility, observing his clinical care needs and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will build a strong, trusting relationship with our service user and his family, fostering a positive and encouraging environment. Our Ideal Applicants will be pet friendly as there are pet dogs within the property
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £156.00 per 12-hour shift)
Weekends: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £168 per 12-hour shift)
Bank Holiday £17.00 per hour (Approx. £204 per 12-hour shift)
