We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector.
You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a gentleman in his 50s, who lives in Wednesfield with his family.
He is unable to mobilise independently and requires the support of a care team to meet his complex clinical care needs. We provide specialist 2:1 care throughout the day and 1:1 support at night.
He has a passion for the outdoors and a strong interest in photography. He also has access to a specially adapted bicycle, allowing him to continue enjoying outdoor activities
It is important to create a positive environment for him and support him in pursuing his hobbies, interests and engaging in social activities such as visiting museums, art galleries, concerts and going out for meals.
During the night, you will assist with personal care, repositioning, clinical observations, and attending to any medical requirements to ensure a peaceful night's rest.
This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service users really making an impact on his day-to-day life.
We are seeking staff who are pet-friendly since our service user has a family pet dog.
Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Shifts Available
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £14.00 per hour (£182 approx. per 13-hour shift)
Weeknights: £14.50 per hour (£174 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Saturday: £15.00 per hour (£195.00 approx. per 13-hour shift)
Sunday: £15.00 per hour (£195.00 approx. per 13-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £16.00 per hour (£208.00 approx. per 13 hour shift)
