We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a remarkable 10-year-old boy who lives with his family in Birmingham and requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis with his complex care needs.
Your role will be to assist him with his complex care needs in both his home and school environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in his daily life, promoting his development, well-being, and happiness.
He loves to attend school, socialising with his friends, teachers, and care team. He enjoys all forms of sensory play along with being out and about accessing the community. You will support and engage him in enjoyable and stimulating activities both at home and school, promoting social interaction and physical activity.
Throughout the day your role will be to support him with all daily living tasks including personal care, moving and handling, making clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required.

For this position we are paying £13.00 per hour (Approx. £104 per 8-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £120 per 8-hour shift)
