We are looking for experienced, committed, Registered Nurses to support our service users with their complex care needs.

The ideal applicant will hold a valid NMC PIN and have experience in either children's or adults nursing and can evidence hands-on clinical care.

Our service user is a wonderful, intelligent young lady who lives in Silverstone.

She lives at home with her family and requires a team of nurses to continuously care for her 24/7.

In her spare time she loves reading, writing, doing arts & crafts, collecting TY toys and is also a big Disney fan!

She is not able to communicate verbally although nurses are able to easily understand her via sign language, facial expressions, communication aids amongst others. There is full 1:1 support within school from a ACSW (Access and communication support worker) who will support with communication.

It is important that her nursing team can take a dynamic approach ensuring that her wants and needs are met. You must advocate for her and promote inclusion whilst supporting her to remain clinically well in school, this will support her learning to her full potential.

At present, we require a nurse to support her on a part time basis throughout the night.

This position is perfect for someone who wants to make a positive impact using your valuable skills and experience.

You will also gain great job satisfaction from the positive effects of your hands-on care and learn new skills, especially relating to communication and signing.

Please note, applicants must be drivers with access to a vehicle.
