We're on the lookout for experienced Healthcare Assistants to team up with us in the Tameside region, where we're providing outstanding homecare to several service users in the area.

We specialise in the delivery of complex clinical care and each of our service users have varying needs and requests, from personal care, moving and handling and medication administration, to supporting clinical interventions such as Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management and PEG Care.

Experience in complex care and the delivery of clinical interventions will be necessary for our positions however our highly skilled team of Registered Nurses will provide refresher training on clinical competencies which are tailored to each of our individual service users.

We require you to have at least 3 months care experience, are flexible and adaptable, and have a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.

We can offer Full Time or Part Time positions supporting specialised care on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis covering:

• 12 hours days
• 12 hours nights
• Monday – Sunday

We have recently boosted our pay rates and provide competitive hourly rates as below:

• Weekdays - £13.00 per hour
• Weeknights - £13.50 per hour
• Weekends - £14.00 per hour
• Bank Holiday - £17.50 per hour
• An example of an annual salary based on 2 x 12-hour day shifts = £16,224 - £17, 472 per annum
• An example of an annual salary based on 2 x 12-hour night shifts = £16,848 - £17, 472 per annum
