By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a male in his 30s in Burntwood.

Our service user is an energetic gentleman who leads an active lifestyle, always seeking ways to stay busy and engaged. He enjoys singing and dancing to his favourite songs and exploring his adapted sensory garden. Your role? To meet his personal care needs, carry out regular observations, and manage his clinical interventions throughout the night, ensuring his comfort and safety, and creating a calm environment.

Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Pay Rates:

• £14.00 - £17.00 per hour
• Approx. £168-£204 per 12-hour night shift

Shifts Available:

• Full Time
• Nights: 8pm – 8am

Essential Experience:

• 3 months previous care experience
• Medication administration
• Personal care
• Moving and handling
